I loved it!! Amazing staff, so welcoming, and great vibe. Everyone here was so friendly and open to getting to know each other and the staff hosted fun games and events to bring everyone together.

A little gem

The East Seven hostel in Berlin is a little gem.
It’s a bit off the beaten path but it’s fun, clean with a cool Bohemian vibe and nice, helpful staff.
They have events including drinking games, tho I did not participate.
EastSeven has a great backyard with lots of greenery and lazy hammocks. It’s the perfect spot for a beer and relaxation.
Orlanda at the front desk was very helpful in planning the next part of my trip. Highly recommend.

great stay!

hostel staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially at the front desk. rooms and bathrooms were clean. lots of events available to make new friends such as games and going to certain attractions. location was great - near a few tube stations and not super far from the city centre. also lots of bars and restaurants nearby if you don’t want to travel far

I am impressed with this hostel. They have a lot of spaces where you can sit back and relax. They also have planned activities that you can choose to join. Although this is geared to the young adults, as an over 65 with an open mind I found that I enjoyed the place. If you need a quiet place look elsewhere, but there were so many positives that I could see returning.

Great

Upon checking in, the receptionist will brief you on all the necessary information you will need to maximise your stay experience, and then lead you to your room. There is a water dispenser beside the reception, which offers cold water and sparkling water. ✨ If I am not mistaken, the room lacks electrical ventilation, so you must open the window to keep your room fresh. It was autumn when I visited, making the sleeping experience comfortable. Personally, a downside would be the limited number of bathrooms and toilets. There was 1 shared bathroom and 2 toilets for the section I lived in. It might be a problem if everyone needs it simultaneously, but I reckon this event will be very rare.
