Great experience

I stayed at this hotel 5 nights to visit Bamberg and its beautiful surroundings.
The hotel is close to the station, convenient for those who travel by train, and at the same time close to the center.
Quiet location, basic room, impeccable cleanliness and young and efficient staff, breakfast optional but if you decide to make it, plentiful and very varied.
If I came back to this town, I'd come back here.

Good, but the bathroom....

Small guesthouse, modest but all clean, very small rooms and even smaller bathroom with curtain in shower (indecent). Apart from the bathroom, it is a hotel with excellent value for money

Price/performance ok.

Not far from the center, breakfast offer good but not worth mentioning. Rooms clean but very impaired by traffic and resident noise.

Super convenient and welcoming

Excellent small hotel close to the train station towards the city center. Welcome to the reception. Possibility to park bicycles in the garage or cars nearby. Excellent breakfast. Courtyard sometimes used at night after 10pm by noisy guests. The rooms on street are then quieter... no airco.

Overpriced average accommodation

2 star hotel. Had a clean room, the location of the hotel is very central, close to the train station. But it's not worth more than €70, comparable hotels in the category are well below. Can say this for sure, since I moved out of the IBIS, 200 meters away for 4 days.
Cons are: old furniture, no elevator, hardly any parking. Breakfast is tasty but not very varied. No elevator, no minibar, no phone in the room. View from the window of the backyard.
