Everything perfect

A top equipped, cozy hotel with very friendly staff.
Great big rooms, nice spa and opulent breakfast.
My partner and I felt comfortable from the reception with drink to the departure around.
Thank you

Modern hotel with shortcomings in price/performance.

Visited in 05/26, Deluxe room, No. 228, 3 nights including breakfast.
The furnishings are top-notch, lobby, rooftop bar, and also the room (see photos). Free access to the spa is also great. Room very clean, with a balcony and spacious. Now for the downside: at +300,-€ per night relatively expensive, therefore the following should not happen: stacked (and washed!) Plates at breakfast were dirty multiple times (see photos), at least on 3 days. Saw 10 or more such plates. A no-go. Food (including strawberries) was out twice after half of the breakfast time, forcing one to hoard if one wants any. Vending machine coffee is at best mediocre; upon request, no separate cappuccino is served. Staff at breakfast is overwhelmed; they are friendly, but it feels chaotic, and there is a lack of a service manager in the breakfast room. Lastly, they wanted to charge us for 3 days of underground parking (€17 per day) upon checkout, even though we did not have it.
Additionally, a guest is informed on Saturdays about spa options, only to be told on Monday that no appointments are available.
Minor issues, but when summed up, they do not justify €300-400 per night. If this is addressed, the hotel can be recommended without reservations.

Modern and stylish...

I stayed one night at the Nouri. Deluxe Room 404. Check in and check out friendly and fast. Parking in the underground garage booked. Rooms modern, contemporary and clean. View over the Japanese garden. Design of the hotel appealing. The many escape stairs around the hotel visually a horror, but probably had to be so. The internal spa area could not be used due to repairs. Reference was made to the connected spa. Which I then promptly visited. Sunbathing areas and pools sufficient available. Also saunas and steam baths. Age average estimated 70 . But the offer is good.
Rooftop Bar Nouri View very nice. Cocktails very delicious. Sunset was wonderful. Dinner and breakfast at Nouri Taste. Attentive service and delicious asparagus eaten. Breakfast extensive and also delicious. Before you check out, take a short walk to the well-equipped gym.
I can recommend the Nouri. Let's go to Bad Krozingen...

We were particularly disappointed. The hotel advertises itself as a 5-star property, but in reality it isn’t one. You have to walk across to a spa center that belongs to another hotel, which is always crowded. That’s not ideal when you want to relax, so there’s no pool or spa right on the hotel grounds.

Typical hotel restaurant

Unfortunately, we did not like the restaurant. We found it strange that the booking confirmation stated that one reserves not a table but a time slot of 90 minutes, as there was hardly anyone there! Rather uncomfortable check-in. Food was okay - we expected more. Service speaks poor German, which leads to misunderstandings. We would have liked to have dessert, but we were not asked about it at all.
Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is completely off. Guests were seated very close to each other even though it was not busy at all.
