We had a good time

The hotel rooms are divided into several buildings all very close.
Ours gave on the street where a tram also passes, but it was not too noisy even at night.
At the reception the girl was kind and considerate.
The breakfast buffet included the classic hot drinks and the usual sweet and savory foods.
We were a couple of hundred meters from the central area of the city which, in my opinion, is not on the same level as others in Germany: one day is more than enough.

Good location - near tram / bus stops and just across the street from the Fuggerei. There are also a grocery store and plenty of food options nearby.
Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Be prepared to walk up the stairs, there is no elevator (however, this was not a deterrent for our group)
If I stay in Augsburg again, I will stay at the Jakoberhof.

Excellent quality / price ratio. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, electrical kettle with coffee and tea in the room, bathtub in the bathroom, delicious breakfast, parking place in front of the hotel. Small point that might be bothering - tramways in front of the hotel passing-by somehow noisy.

Nice hotel near to the city center. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Keetle with coffee and tea. Bathtub in the bathroom. Tasty breakfast with various choice. Warm welcome. Parking available in front of the hotel. Excellent ratio quality/price. The only point that might be proximity of the tramway making noise while passing.

Dear Mark and dear Andrea. We really enjoyed our stay at Jakoberhof. The cleanliness, the varied and very tasty dinner, the fresh egg dishes for breakfast with Italian espresso have sweetened our holiday. Great the bus stop right outside the door; very comfortable. The sauna heat after the ski tours was a successful combination, before ending the day with a glass of Prosecco as an aperitif. See you next winter. Hard to beat: the morning mountain view. We are already looking forward to it; Micha and Jürgen
