Top hotel with feel-good guarantee

Located on a side street near Kapellplatz. From here you can start some activities. The hotel has several complexes, which are all tastefully decorated and very clean and tidy in all areas. This time we were in the main house and had the wedding room. The room is very nicely decorated and spacious. The mattress is great, you can sleep very well. The bathroom is also spacious and the shower is great. The balcony is also very nice. The swimming pool in Bavaria Style is simply great. Here you can pull your lanes wonderfully. The breakfast buffet is varied and there is something for everyone. Dinner was a dream. Taste and quality very good. They cook here with a lot of passion and you can taste that. The whole team is very friendly, warm and accommodating. There's a top team here. Here you can really feel comfortable, relax and just enjoy.

NOT REALLY 4*

Reserved room was minimalist and surprising in terms of layout. It's a heatwave, no air conditioning or fan.
The reception offered us an air-conditioned room for 66 euros more, we had already paid 100 euros.. Guaranteed scam. Average breakfast, it is not the best we have had in Germany.
Polite staff...
Not really 4*, confusing decor, you have to like it. We will not return.

No pleasant stay at Hotel Plankl.

The hotel is very much outdated. I booked three double rooms in the same price range: one room with a sauna, one room with a solarium, shower, and bathtub as well as a balcony, and one room as small as a storage closet with two beds that were impossible to sleep in, far too short, cramped, and the mattress was a disaster. The bathroom was so small that even one person had space issues; we were two. When I wanted to complain, the lady at the reception said, "You have bad luck." I found that really outrageous because the other rooms were all the same price and twice as large. I was told that I should book a more expensive room next time, to which I replied that there would be no next time. The staff in the beer garden was completely overwhelmed. All in all, it was not a pleasant weekend at Hotel Plankl, as the price-performance ratio does not apply to every room, and the website promises something that is not true.

Sie haben von uns ohne Aufpreis, 2 Zimmer mit Superausstattung, Sauna im Zimmer, Solarium im Zimmer, erhalten. Weiter stehen 36 Zimmer mit jeweils eigener Sauna im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Weiter 12 Zimmer mit eigenem Dampfbad. 12 Suiten mit Whirlpool. Weitere Zimmer und Suiten mit Duftbad, NEU Salzbäder. 18 Hotelhallenbad. Sie haben also ein Geschenk von uns erhalten. Und da geben Sie sich alle Mühe, unsere gute Leitung, schlecht zu machen.

Pilgrim hotel

Hotel is very old, facilities are very simple and functional. Solid breakfast buffet, parking can be challenging.

No 4 stars but fits

Staff very friendly. Food was also tasty. Room shabby but clean. Breakfast buffet for slightly later coming very reduced. Guest room dingy and old. Price performance doesn't fit 4 stars.
