Nice rooms and clean.

Very nice clean great room with all the essentials. Nice owner. Definitely worth it.. other rooms also nice. The beds are of good quality. We had asked for a baby bed and it was also neat and clean. I'd try to spend the night there.

Horribly experince!!!!

We arrived at our destination, we went inside, we felt that it smelled bad but we still said let's see a room, but the receptionist refused to show us the room before we paid. We paid because we were very tired in the hope that the room would still be ok but unfortunately when we opened the door we were hit by a very bad smell, which is why, as tired as we were, we decided to leave asking for our money back, to which he refused very surprised, as if everything was fine. We looked for other accommodation also through booking. com, therefore we want to receive our money back. Reviews that do not reflect reality at all and so that others do not suffer like us, please take action. Thank you

Good little hotel.

A small hotel, unfortunately located on Krefelderstrasse, rooms facing the street are noisy. But I had a room at the back and was very satisfied. Comfort OK. Breakfast OK. Service good and friendly. Modern check-in (electronic possible)

A good recommendation !

We had the family room (5beds), a very spacious room with a little kitchen area. I missed a water cooker there, but that’s just a small detail. Beds were very comfy, pillow not firm enough to my liking and could’ve used an extra blanket. Loved the bathroom, very clean, unlimited hot water (all 5 of us showered). Also very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was a nice variety and good coffee! If I’m in the area, I would definitely return.

No frills simple hotel with family atmosphere

I had a stop in Aachen for 3 nights and this was the cheapest last minute accommodation I could find for 44€.
Room very simple and basic with small TV attached to wall, a shower with hot water and ok water pressure and enough space to put a suitcase and windows. Rooms were cleaned and made daily with fresh towels.
This hotel whilst out of the centre if Aachen can easily be reached by foot 20 mins walk or 10 mins bus ride on bus 51 which you can catch from the Aachen busof (main bus station).
The hotel restaurant always had people dining although the hotel was not in main town and some of the reasons being friendly staff and family atmosphere which could be felt by the presence of the owners. On my last day my train wasn't leaving until 2.30pm and they let me keep my luggage in the room until 12.30 which was very kind.
They also have weekend buffets on Friday for 12.50€ for which they were known for!
If you want a place to stay, safe and connected to transport I would recommend staying here. After a hard day if sight seeing you can grab a beer or two from the restaurant (which I did).
