Excellent experience

From the moment I arrived the staff were warm, professional and ready to assist with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and quick and my room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the genuine effort to make each guest feel welcome❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely not recommended — the worst travel experience we’ve ever had

We booked this hotel for 3 nights to relax in nature, away from the city. We arrived in the evening and were welcomed by a polite manager who helped us carry our luggage to the tent. The view was beautiful, and the AC was working — at first glance, everything seemed fine.
There were quite a few ants in the tent, but we expected that given the forest location. We were even ready for mosquitoes — but there weren’t any. The real nightmare started when it got dark and we turned on the lights: tiny flying insects were everywhere — the ceiling, walls, floor, our bed, and our luggage were covered with them. They were swarming around the ceiling light and constantly falling down. It was shocking.
The manager moved us for the night to another “room” in the main building — no AC, two separate uncomfortable beds. That same evening, we clearly stated that we would not be staying the remaining two nights and planned to leave early the next day. We asked to be contacted first thing in the morning to avoid wasting time and to settle the payment for just one night.
Despite that, no one reached out. From 7 AM to 10 AM we waited, but the manager said he couldn’t reach the owners. He also refused to give us their contact details and stopped communicating with us. Canceling the booking ourselves would’ve meant being charged for all 3 nights — we were trying to resolve this peacefully, but clearly the owners don’t care at all about their reputation or guest experience.
In the end: wasted money, wasted time, ruined plans, and complete indifference from the owner. The view doesn’t make up for the horrible conditions or terrible service. We strongly advise against staying here!

Hello Elena,
As you recall, you had booked a glamping unit and checked in for the first night. Later in the evening, you informed us about the presence of ants. You also confirmed that there were no ants upon check-in and that the issue appeared later.
Nevertheless, we immediately offered two solutions: full cleaning of the glamping unit or a transfer to our luxe room. You chose the second option and stayed there for one night. However, you decided to leave the property for the remaining two nights, even though the issue had already been resolved and alternative accommodations were still available.
Additionally, we must respectfully note that your behavior throughout this process suggests a deliberate attempt to obtain a refund by publicly damaging our reputation.
It is deeply concerning that the same review content was posted across multiple platforms using both your account and what appears to be your partner’s account — all within a short time span, and using language that disregards the actual facts.
It’s worth reminding that you accepted a complimentary bottle of our wine as a welcome gift, stayed in a Luxe Room (which you now call “very bad”), and only raised the issue late in the evening — despite confirming during check-in that everything was fine. The rooms were also re-cleaned after your report, and multiple alternatives were offered.
Furthermore, you personally sent us a message stating, "We will do our best to get a full refund and make you a promotion as you deserve." — clearly suggesting that unless a refund was granted, you would engage in reputational harm.
We want to emphasize that our team also has full documentation, screenshots, and time-stamped messages clearly proving our professional handling of the situation. We also have photos showing the condition of the room before and after, including the disarray after your stay.
Wine Space has served hundreds of satisfied guests, many of whom have left heartfelt and genuine reviews about the quality of our service. This unfortunate incident does not reflect our standard, nor the broader experience of our guests.
We kindly urge you not to mislead future travelers with selective or exaggerated claims driven by a financial outcome. If everything had been refunded, it is evident that you would not have left any negative reviews — this highlights the lack of objectivity and raises questions about intent.
We hope you will reconsider your actions and allow fairness and integrity to guide your next steps.

Don't do that!

Greed is what will bring this Owner his downfall. Wine and food extremely expensive. Rooms also poor. Place beautiful and service does what they can.
We arrived in this so-called winery. Only 1 bottle of white wine available for 70 gel,. Food expensive and little.. Double room was quite
Small bed too. But hey nice place so let's take everything for granted. Breakfast fine. No water next day. Shower and toilet not usable. No compensation whatsoever.....just bills for idiots
Prices. Most expensive food we have had so far and certainly not the best. 300 gel for 4 people is really bizarre much
Our advice is to eat at tchrebalo wine cellar (top wine for 30’gel) and find another place to sleep. Wine space is beautiful place but unfortunately in the hands of people who do not understand how to get on a
Fair and service-oriented way of doing business

Cool vacation

Six people arrived, rented a house. Rooms are clean. The suite is super. The road is normal even for a car in dry weather. There's a barbecue area, kitchen, fridge. The owner is very pleasant and sympathetic. The views are amazing! I recommend it!
