Argos Palace Hotel Kutaisi

Lovely friendly people and amazing views from third floor You have huge space with fantastic views from third floor rooms we were in looking down on the town with tables and chairs and stargazing at night
It doesn’t pretend to be top business class so don’t expect that but a friendly hotel clean and all essentials for me plus views!

Stinking bathroom in bad hotel

The location is very bad in a dirty neighborhood up the hill , this hotel is worth maximum 1 star

Small family guest house, a little basic but excellent food.

A small family guest house. A little more basic and rustic than some of the other places we stayed in whislt travelling in the area. Attentive and riendly staff and good food. Failry quiet place to stay. Good wine with dinner.

Basic hotel

family run with good service, home cooked food. Room was fine, clean and comfortable but no hairdryer or kettle. However we asked for hot water and were given two mugs full.
Food was replenished regularly, both fior breakfast and dinner.

Below average but decent chacha

We stayed here twice as part of a group tour and unfortunately, high winds seriously exposed the hotel’s shortcomings on the first occasion – the windows rattled like nobody’s business. Very average food indeed, especially at breakfast - and a woeful veggie selection - but we did enjoy the house wine and local spirit chacha. The location seems distant from the centre but is actually accessible by a stepped route but in all, this is a pretty low budget option. It also perpetuates that annoying tendency of hotels in some countries for the shower to be insufficiently cordoned off from the rest of the bathroom – so everything gets soaked.
