Beautiful property with stunning views

Amazing property. The location is super with stunning views of the mountains and valley. That itself makes it worth while your stay.
The rooms are big and spacious and with all the amenities.
Special shout out to the lovely people Eka, Nina, Alex, Zakaria, Irma and Sasha for making our stay comfortable.
Thank you for letting us use the kitchen for preparing veg food for our group.

Terrible New Year’s Eve Gala – Completely Misleading and Poorly Organized

We attended the New Year’s Eve “Gala Dinner” at Monte Hotel as a family (2 adults and 3 children), and it was the most disappointing New Year’s Eve experience our family has ever had.
Despite having a confirmed reservation, there was no table available for us upon arrival. We were told that guests “sit wherever they want,” even though other groups were clearly seated properly. Only after insisting and complaining were we finally given a table.
We were also asked to pay an unexpected additional bank commission of 110 GEL, which was never mentioned in advance and is completely unjustified. The payment was already processed through the hotel’s bank, and I had already covered my own bank’s transaction fees.
The food was far below any reasonable gala dinner standard — a very poor buffet with minimal options and average quality at best. To make matters worse, water, soft drinks and beer were charged separately, something that was not clearly communicated beforehand and is unacceptable for an event advertised as a gala dinner.
After the event, we contacted the hotel with a formal complaint and followed up again, but never received any response.
Although we did not stay overnight, based on the chaotic organization, lack of transparency and complete disregard for guest feedback, I would seriously question the professionalism and reliability of this hotel overall, not just for events but also for accommodation.
This experience did not resemble a New Year’s Eve gala in any way.
I would not recommend it to anyone.

A Nightmare

The room was full of insects everywhere. Their only solution was an insect spray, and I had to endure the strong and unpleasant smell all night. I don’t understand why they open the windows when there are no insect screens — it just lets more bugs in. It was a disturbing and depressing night for me. I do not recommend staying at this place.

Amazing Nature Eacape

This place has the best food/drinks I tasted in Gudari with good pricing as well!! It has the best view as well and very clean rooms (coming from a clean freak haha) also theres a nice gaming area upstairs!! I fell in love with the chess table <3
All the staff are welcoming and really helpful!! Special thanka to Nika for translating from Russian to English so we could understand the driver ^_^

Neighbor to the snowy mountain

Friendly staff, felt like a family run business. Accommodating to inquiries, helpful and kind. Rooms got a the mountain view with a small terrace. The lobby got a beautiful terrace towards the mountain.
