Highly Recommend Hotel Kaveka - Thank you Tim!

Stayed for two nights here June 18 and 19 2026. Tim was the front desk person---very helpful. Loved our room. Everything was great about this place. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kaveka. It’s situated on Cook’s Bay and the view from the property is to die for. We loved being able to jump off at the edge of the reef and snorkel. The staff was great and very welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage before and after checking in. The hotel cats might have been the best part-so cute! Our room was large and clean. The air conditioning worked well. I’d read some reviews about shabby rooms but it seems like they may have finished their renovations, the rooms were quite nice. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Moorea.

Our stay at Hotel Kaveka was made truly exceptional by the people, especially the front desk. We were so fortunate to be helped by Moa, who was a total wealth of knowledge. Instead of the usual tourist scripts, she gave us genuine, localized tips and clever hints that completely transformed our time on the island.
The hotel itself is charming, with that authentic Polynesian feel you just can’t find at the big resorts, and the over-water dining view of Cook’s Bay is unbeatable. But it was the warm hospitality—and Moa’s expert guidance—that made this feel like a home rather than just a room. If you want a stay that combines a perfect location with a team that truly cares about your experience, this is it

WiFi worked only about 10% of the time and there so no one who could help with reservations or bookings.
