Horrible reception and hotel services

Are you looking for a hotel where the staff is welcoming? Keep looking. I arrive at 2 PM. It takes more than 10 minutes before someone attends to me to tell me that my room is not ready. Schedules not respected (8 AM check-out scheduled, at 8:45 AM still no one for check-out and to request the luggage service, a coffee or breakfast). Nothing. At 11:20 AM, when I finally returned the keys, I was thoroughly insulted by the manager when I pointed out the scheduling issues and the absences. I have never been received this way anywhere. Shameful!
