A beautiful and friendly stop

Excellent hotel and excellent service. This is what we expect from a 4-star hotel. We were unable to dine at the restaurant on Sunday and Monday evenings, but on the advice of the manager, we went to dinner at the Amboise restaurant by the river, which was very good. The old town, where the hotel is located, is very beautiful.
Thank you to the manager and the staff who were very attentive.

Lovely stay, pretty surroundings

Comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. Marceau was great and very helpful and attentive. Recommend staying here.

Joyet doesn't mean jewel.

False notices or notices of convenience?
We came to this hotel to have a good time, arrived on Saturday evening around 7pm we had no choice but to stay. But between the practically non-existent parking, the room of another time, a kitchen without any flavor and a very polite young waiter in dirty sneakers, jogging and sweatshirt two sizes too big, long hair that hid his face and that he constantly threw back for a chance to see the customer (I love young people, even in these outfits, but not to serve in a 4 stars) the disappointment was total. Last hope for breakfast at... 19€, and here too big disappointment, two kinds of cheese... to choose from, and ridiculous portions, choice between pineapple and... pineapple as fruit and bread from the day before. This hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars... really to run away from.

Michelin Star Quality Hotel and Food

This is the most excellent hotel in a superb location. Rooms are well appointed, the staff are courteous and extremely helpful. As for the food ... why is the restaurant not awarded a Michelin star or two. This is the second (but not last) time I have stayed here and it has never disappointed me.
