Beautiful establishment (check the rate)

Beautiful, quiet, and pleasant establishment with a nice pool. Room without air conditioning with a shower room across from the room (we knew this), hallway to cross, but 2 bathrobes provided. In reality, the rate was changed the day before our arrival (3 phone calls) BUT we proved thanks to the booking email that the rate should not have been increased, plus the absence of the 2 bathrobes. We had to fight for the rate, to get 1 bathrobe /2 ...And after two days, a phone call in the evening to specify that they were waiting for us, even though we had been on-site for two days. So we had 2 non-refundable rooms booked for us. Their mistake! Only one room is enough....Kind, welcoming staff, doing their best but not very experienced.
We will return. And will make sure to have confirmation with the rate like this time. Thanks to the team.
