Good quality

This is a nice appartement if you want to be nearby by the Kedge University. The accomodation is good and there is everything you need. Checking in and out is easy with a code. The price is really good. You can make your own breakfast. Bed was good. I have enjoyed my stay here!

Horrible.

The neighborhood is not reassuring. The parking lot is not really a... From the entrance of the residence we find that it is not clean.
The apartment does not smell good at all cold cigarette smell mixed with mold.. traces on the ground as burns.. sheet with hair... We didn't stay we found another accommodation in emergency

Appalling. Booked this aparthotel for 2 nights for our daughter via hotels.com. on arrival between the specified hours there was noone on the desk and when.they called the number it went to an answer machine. We contacted hotels.com and they too could not get hold of anyone at the hotel. So ended up having to find another hotel.

Nightmare

Although, it should be room for 4 persons, there were only two towels.
Wi-fi is unreliable with many interruptions.
The apartment is clean and spacious but totally inappropriate for your stay. The temperature in the apartment was constantly above 30 degrees Celsius, with no real options to cool down the room. The only option was to sleep with open windows, but in this case the noise from the outside (road with high traffic, directly under the window) was those who did not allow sleeping.
In short, a nightmare.
I do not recommend this hotel until air condition will not be installed.

infecte

Infecte : terrasse immonde, robinet de cuisine à ne pas toucher, cheveux dans le lit, portes fenêtres sur terrasse (1er étage) impossible à verrouiller,
chasse d'eau qui se recharge très bruyamment toutes les 20 secondes et cela semble habituel (joint par téléphone, très décontracté, on me conseille de fermer l'arrivée d'eau. Combien de mains qui venaient de faire leurs besoins ont touché à ce petit robinet ???), cheveux trouvés le matin dans le lit (on ne change pas les draps ?), pas de serviettes de toilettes, battant toilette qui brinqueballe, personne à l'accueil ni le soir ni le matin, clés de la chambre laissées dans la chambre ouverte (depuis quand ?), conversations très bruyantes jusqu'à 2h30 du mat (j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel, répondeur), chaleur et moustiques. Depuis ce matin, je me gratte le crâne...
