A perfect stopover in the heights of St Etienne in a charming hotel and good restaurant
Very beautiful white colonial-style hotel with a very pleasant pool and restaurant bar around it, furnished with great taste! The restaurant is very good and offers good value for money.

Great discovery, the restaurant.
We discovered the restaurant with friends in a magnificent setting, a terrace around the pool, and an elegantly decorated interior!
While being in the city, the atmosphere makes you feel like you are on vacation; it is a cozy, very lush place.
Good food, impeccable service, I recommend it.

We booked a room as a stopover as we have done many times before but I realised I had made an error and booked the wrong night. I tried to change with the booking provider but was told it could not be changed, I would have to book another night and pay again. I emailed the hotel directly and asked if they were able to change it their end (after almost a day I received a reply) they said I would need to change on the site where I booked it. I emailed back and asked if they could help on this occasion and that I had stayed many times and always have dinner in their restaurant, I spend well. Days later I am still waiting for a reply to that email.
Unfortunately communication is poor from the hotel they had no interest in trying assist us, customers who stayed many times before. It was originally my mistake but do have the curtesy of a timely response.

We had the opportunity to organize our wedding at the hotel and to have stayed there.
