Very coquettish hotel

A hotel opposite Sara's village church, with free public parking, is centrally located. It is very coquettish, the rooms clean, spacious and beautiful. The camera and very comfortable pillows and very soft towels. Fully recommended, the hotel service very nice and helpful. To repeat.

Reaction of the MANAGER SCANDALOUS

1 night spent in this Hotel CH 6 sold with AC, unfortunately, ours did not work. The Person at the Reception came to adjust the remote control to the COLD setting, but unfortunately, it was impossible; she could do nothing, just a slight ventilation. She even advised us to sleep with the window open. All night we had 26°1/2 in the room. She was sorry and said, "We will make a commercial gesture, refunding the breakfasts." We thanked her.
Window open with the added bonus of the church bells right next door, which ring EVERY HOUR and HALF-HOUR (yes, indeed). Imagine the night!!! Today I called the Manager: - for him everything works well/ - his Employee could not resolve it/ - no reason to make a commercial gesture. This gentleman knows how to debit credit cards but not to credit them.
This behavior IS SCANDALOUS. I therefore informed him that I was going to post a review on social media; he said it was BLACKMAIL and hung up on me.
Here is this unsociable Mr., and now I pity his Employee...

Very pleasant surprise.

Very pleasant hotel full of charm. Very friendly welcome.
The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.
We recommend it.

Very nice hotel

Charming hotel in the heart of Sare.
Spacious room, clean and well equipped. Quality bedding.
The size of the bathroom is very appreciable.
Nice welcome, staff available and friendly.
Breakfast is very complete and quality.
We are delighted with our stay, thank you!

Correct

Pension nestled in the mountains, very nice little village, small flat for Pension access. On one side or the other, there are stairs so inaccessible to people with disabilities or in personal wheelchairs, very nice
