During the winter season, reception is open Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00. The residence is proudly certified **Green Key (Clef Verte)**, reflecting its commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices. Please note that cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens and it is mandatory for all visitors to use paid parking outside the resort during their stay. After booking, guests may request a specific accommodation location by contacting the residence directly; preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional cost. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation. Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, final cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access for up to five devices, TV, as well as all taxes and fees (excluding tourist tax). For week stays of 7 nights or more, beds can be made upon arrival at an additional cost per person. For any invoice requests, the name used will be the one indicated on the reservation. If the total amount of the stay is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
