Good value for money/service

Very warm and professional reception team (good advice for evening meals) - very affordable rates for overnight stays - The simple and functional rooms fulfill their role well for one or two nights - they are of a very decent size - complete breakfast - hotel well located for a visit to the Quimper region.

Everything is good, but this platform sucks. Gave me wrong booking number and made me locked outside the hotel, because the wrong booking number doesn’t allow me to use the auto check-in machine.
You should provide correct booking number to customer!!!!

A deplorable welcome from the manager. I encountered the hotel operator who was very unpleasant and quite disdainful.

The hotel is very dirty and poorly maintained.
The hotel manager is a very unpleasant and disdainful person who is more focused on managing his booking problems on Booking than on the clients of the Accor group.
I was clearly told that I could go take a hike and that he had no interest in my request to print a sheet I had sent him by email.
An experience not to be repeated; a hotel to avoid, which explains its very low rates, since apparently, people who have already been there do not want to return.

On arrival I was greeted Wonderfully, clean rooms and pdj very well.
