Charm and generosity

Amazing place! Sharon and Declan are both discreet and at the same time very present so that we lack nothing. We had the terrace suite, lots of charm, very spacious and comfortable. This is a very nice old house. Pleasant patio to enjoy a delicious and hearty breakfast prepared with care and generosity. Moments that were very friendly regarding us with other holidaymakers. The pool is a plus after a beautiful day of sightseeing or hiking.

Fantastic

Beautiful large townhouse
Spacious, very clean rooms with neat sanitary facilities.
We were touched by the enormous hospitality of the owners, who really pull out all the stops to give you a great holiday. The breakfast is great, the pool delicious and the comprehensive service fantastic.

A wonderful place to stay

My friends and myself had the most wonderful holiday in Maison 225. Declan and Sharon were amazing hosts and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time. They were extremely knowledgeable about the local area which we enjoyed visiting. We also loved relaxing by the pool. Everything was spotless and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to go back.I thoroughly recommend staying at Maison 225.

Fantastic holiday in Maison 225!

I had a fantastic holiday last week in Prades, staying in Maison 225 run by Sharon and Declan. The house, food, hospitality and kindness were above and beyond our expectations. The town and surrounding areas (particularly the Pyrenees & some very pretty towns) are all well worth a visit.
I went for a week with 7 friends and we are all hoping to return next year.

A very nice guest room

An elegant, tastefully decorated house.
Discreet and helpful hosts
We enjoyed the varied and generous breakfasts.
The house doesn't look much from the outside but the view of the mountains on the other side is very pleasant.
We recommend
