Although rather small, the bedroom was comfortable and clean. The shower was good and it had a genuine non slip tray.

Budget Friendly Very Welcoming Hotel

This is a budget hotel that offers FREE dog stays, FREE WiFi and FREE parking, which was perfect for us as we stayed one night en-route to Spain. The couple who run the hotel are extremely welcoming and friendly.
It’s genuinely dog-friendly. We had read in a previous review that there might be a dog deposit and a room inspection on departure, but we weren’t charged anything on this occasion. We always travel with our own dog bed, and as our dog isn’t allowed on beds at home, this wasn’t an issue for us.
The room was more than adequate for our needs, with a large double bed, air conditioning/heating, a wall-mounted TV, desk and chair, and an en-suite shower. The room and bed were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was €6.90 per person and continental style, with coffee, tea or hot chocolate served. It was more than ample for us and was served by the hotel owner.
There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, but when I asked at reception, one was kindly provided.
We would happily return again, purely for the friendliness and warm welcome from the hosts.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were welcomed by the owner and she took time to explain procedures at the hotel. There is an EV charger on site although we didn’t need one.
The location is unusual as it’s the sole hotel by a HGV/transport Depot. However, because of its proximity, we were able to enjoy a very reasonable evening dinner in the adjoining restaurant.

Hotel friendly

Two nights, one going to our holiday spot and another coming back,good level services,including breakfast,copious,quality bedding,good soundproofing,the managers are welcoming and the price is interesting,especially if you have,like us,a pet.
