100% would Recommend
Arrived early to hotel but was not a problem the staff were so friendly and helpful! We headed to the local supermarket to get snacks and water !
We came back and had drinks in the Hotel Bar. A few Mocktails .
As soon as you walk in to the main reception you already feel transported back in time ! It's so impressive the attention to detail.
We were then Guided down to our room along a beautiful walkway which was shaded.
The environment of the hotel just takes you on a journey and you feel like you're in the middle of the beautiful forest with all birds singing it's magical.
The hotels rooms are well laid out and have everything you need for your stay. The air conditioning was essential as was very hot when we were there.
The food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic and breakfast was enough to keep us going till lunch and soo many options.
We also had an evening meal at the restaurant again brilliant choices even for a picky tweenager.
The walk to the parc is about 20mins but along a beautiful shaded walkway.
The only thing negative would be I would have loved a swimming pool on site just to be able to come back too .
All I all we loved our stay and thank you to all the staff for making it soo enjoyable.

Relaxing place.
Beautiful, recent hotel, functional and well-decorated rooms, perhaps lacking a bit of storage, comfortable bedding, furnished terrace overlooking the vegetation, allowing for a good rest after a busy and noisy day.
It is very spread out, so some rooms are close to the reception but far from the park entrance (20 min walk), or close to the park but far from the reception.
Varied buffet-style breakfast, good, but it's a shame there is a line to enter the dining room despite having a reserved time slot.
It is a hassle to get a charging station for electric cars... add more! (8 stations only)

A top-notch stay at La Cité Suspendue!
We were 2 adults and 2 children and loved the experience. A young, smiling, very professional, and truly dedicated team.

Great
We stayed at the hotel with young children. The room itself was decent and clean, but still quite small, especially when compared to some hotel rooms you can find along the highway.
The only real negative point of our stay concerns the organization of the evening meals. After a 4-hour drive to get to the park, we were informed that it was mandatory to book a table in advance. Arriving at 7:00 PM, we were only offered a 9:30 PM slot—too late for hungry and tired children, despite some snacks given on the way. It would be good to provide a more flexible solution for families arriving in the evening.
Worse yet: at the front desk, we were advised to go directly to the restaurant to try our luck. Which we did, a little before 9:30 PM, and what a surprise: many empty tables and a buffet that was also half empty. For a $95 buffet for 3 people, I expected something more complete and varied. The theme is nice, but the selection remains very limited.
In short, a mixed experience. There is potential, but a few adjustments would be welcome, especially for families with young children.
