A mid price hotel on the outskirts of Peronne. As usual with such , its away from the centre, a car journey for shops, restaurants etc.
The rooms are quite small but, adequate for the essentials. Shower worked fine with ok pressure. The beds are comfy, maybe an extra pillow would be nice.
Breakfast was good, wide choice and typical of French fare. The evening meal a little disappointing. Better to visit one of the restaurants in town.
The staff were friendly, efficient and spoke good English. Parking on site.
This was a battlefield trip so it forfilled my requirements and, I would book again in the future

Cheap and cheerful place for those on a budget.

Budget Hotel, about 40 mins walk out of town.
It's cheap and cheerful but the service was surprisingly good! Rooms are basic but clean and with a decent shower.
We stayed two nights and a cab into town was €10 for six of us. We walked back. On the second night we decided to eat at the hotel and despite having concerns myself the food turned out to be excellent!
Parking was free.
We are motorcyclists on tour so we don't spend anytime in the room beyond grabbing a quick shower and then sleeping so this sort of gaff works well.
Not one for the wives though!

Excellent two night stay

Stayed here for two nights.
This is a basic 3* hotel hotel, but much better than a lot of other 3*'s I've stayed in.
My room was clean, with nice crisp bed linen on a comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and functional. with lots of hot water in the shower.
The reception/lounge and dining area is very clean and comfortable, ideal for an early evening beer before dinner.
The evening dinner menu had an excellent choice for all three courses and drinks, and the food was fresh and well cooked. Breakfast was also a typically French/Continental, and well stocked.
Finally, the staff/owners couldnt have been more friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended for a budget hotel.

Simple, well priced and run by charming couple

A modest hotel, with simple rooms at a good price and a really delightful, helpful couple running it. They were super helpful booking taxis, restaurants etc and were very speedy providing the extra pillows I asked for. Breakfast was basic (no eggs), but fine. It’s a hike into town - about 30 mins - but an easy one. Some lovely walking/running routes along the Somme nearby (about 5 mins). Plenty of parking, motel style.

All about the service

Simple.Basic.Great service.This place is right on the outskirts of town does not purport to be fancy so just expect quite basic comforts at a competitive price which suited our group of twelve .There are no luxuries which suited us fine as we simply needed a base to tour and explore the area for two nights.We ate at the hotel one night and were pleasantly surprised.Again,the friendliness and positive attitude of the manager just could not be faulted.
