Yeah, good!

Excellent location, very clean and quiet studio. Everything is done via a code system, no reception on site. But it's very convenient.
They are easily reachable by phone.
I recommend +++

Good location. Restaurants nearby were plentiful and good. Identifying the property was difficult at first.

I can only say that I DO NOT recommend it.
There are no signs around the area. It was difficult to find, especially at first time.
As soon as you enter, the lobby has a very unpleasant smell mould and urine.
There's no air conditioning in the room, and the fan didn't help, so I just opened the window. Otherwise, I could get heatstroke.
In the early mornings, there was roadwork going on right outside the window, accompanied by beeping and loud conversations...
he bathroom sink was clogged because it filled with water within seconds of use, making it unusable. I used the kitchen sink.
There were only two tea bags left...but no cups, so I drank tea from a glass.
Good location not worth the price.

The hotel is closely located to most of Paris’ iconic monuments, it’s easy to get around and close to public transport. The neighbourhood is close to bakeries, restaurants and shops. However the hotel itself is in rough condition. The bedsheets had stains on them. The towels were so old you couldn’t tell if it was just old or really dirty. The building smells horrible, a putrid smell in the hallways. It’s really unfortunate as the property has so much potential, but it is very overpriced and very unclean. I do not mean to be unkind but it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
