Very pleasant stay in Paris

Very quiet room in a green environment, fantastic breakfast and extremely warm welcome which transformed our stay in Paris into an unforgettable memory. The metro station is nearby, as is a supermarket, a bakery/sandwich shop and a café/restaurant.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
Arrived there, we had reservations, no one answered us.
We rang numerous times, called... no response.
We waited 30 minutes in front of the door in the cold and rain to be told that unfortunately there was an “overbooking”
WHAT A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE TO LIVE!!!

un petit coin de paradis

tres bon sejour: la villa est au calme, avec un cour et des terrasses pleines de plantes, les oiseaux chantent, on ne se croit pas dans paris!
bonne literie, le petit dejeuner etait tres bien.
cerise sur le gateau, l'hote est aux petits soins (ma femme lui a demandé s'il avait de la tisane; ce n'etait pas le cas: du coup il est parti en acheter!)

Maravilhosa hospedagem

Uma hospedagem fabulosa! A simpatia, gentileza, amabilidade do senhor Maxime, o proprietário e do rapaz que faz a recepção e cuida do café da manhã, fazem com que a gente se sinta hospedada não em um hotel, mas na casa de amigos.
As frutas frescas, o iogurte, geleias, croissant, tudo isso já tornariam o café da manhã nota dez, mas ter um pãozinho quente, preparado para cada hóspede é algo que eu nunca vi antes.
Quarto grande, confortável, cama excelente, banheiro ótimo. A região não é turística, mas é segura, tranquila e a estação de metrô fica a menos 5 minutos de caminhada.
Na partida, às 05 h da manhã, ainda madrugada em Paris, o proprietário aguardou na calçada, junto comigo a chegada do táxi para o aeroporto. O hotel não tem luxo, mas o conforto, higiene, a acolhida, superam qualquer expectativa.
Decididamente eu recomendo a Villa des Iris.
