Timhotel Nation has clean rooms, a nice garden terrace, a pretty good breakfast, good location away from the tourist centre, and comfortable beds.
Disadvantages are fairly minor except our room was really too small for the comfort of a couple. Value for money was not great but much better if you book well in advance.

The Rue D'Avron is in a very interesting neighborhood - far more interesting than I imagined.

Room was tidy and the staff was helpful. Not good in english, but thats fine and expected while in Paris :)
Breakfest was fine as well.

Rooms too small for two people - no room for suitcases
