This place was great! The staff was very friendly and always welcoming. They offer French breakfast at an additional cost which is fresh and much cheaper than buying it out in town. It is located next to great bars, restaurants, shops and public transport. My room had its own heater and towel warmer and huge windows that open to let in fresh air. They were new -double paned and kept out the street noise perfectly when closed. I will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Really average

The hotel has been renovated quite recently and the rooms are pretty.
On the other hand, the finishes leave something to be desired, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are really VERY small.
No room to store anything in the bathroom, just a mini closet bar in the bedroom.
When I see that the price for such a room is 110 to 300€, it is clearly not worth them, even in Paris.

Rubbish, This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered. The space is small, the pictures and texts do not match, the staff asked guests to leave unkindly, the toilet board was broken. And when I walked to the metro, a homeless man asked me for money. It felt very dangerous. I regret renting this hotel. I hope others guess will consider renting this hotel carefully.
