Atrocious, fleeing

Atrocious: dirty studio, window not closing, kitchen cabinet not holding, rundown sofa bed, broken sliding doors not closing and threatening to fall. After complaint the rooms offered as replacements were in the same condition: dirty rooms, broken footboard replaced by a pot of paint, windows closing badly. We left before dark and were denied any compensation. A shame. To escape.

Do not book! Stay away.

DO NOT BOOK! The rudest customer service I've ever experienced. They hang up on you and block your phone. All because I requested a late check-in (post 10pm) and I had already paid for two nights. Won't accommodate a late check in, even if you've pre-paid. They clearly don't care about their customers. The worst experience. Travellers, with so many options in Paris, look elsewhere you can do much better! I've requested a refund and true to form, no response.

Pass your way and flee!!!!!

Fleeing from this hotel , I don't understand why we can call this a hotel, I don't know where to start so much there is to say (see the pictures they speak for themselves ) I had booked for 5 nights , we left this establishment after the second night in the early morning, the first night was very eventful because the police and the fire department intervened at around 5:30 in the morning for problems with a client who had taken cocaine and came to ask for help by knocking on the doors of the other clients on the landing on the 4th floor because she was having a bad trip , she was in her room with 5 men who would try to take advantage of her by drugging her , it screamed and screamed throughout the floor until the fire department took her on board, my wife was very scared
The next day a lot of noise in the street below
For the rest how to put it , the climb of stairs is very narrow ( no elevator ) it was necessary to huddle the four floors on foot in stairs in pitiful states ( on each floor of the detritus of masonry ) with two large suitcases of about 23 kg each , without anyone coming to help you, arrive on the 4th floor , there we find the door handle of the broken room , we go inside and there a very strong smell of sewer is felt , smell coming from the bathroom
The window door in the bedroom is damaged, as is the door lock which is plugged with paper , then there is an extra radiator tumbled under the dilapidated shelf , the bedside tables are also dilapidated , the double curtains completely stain (with dried blood ), the toilet bezel is yellowed by urine, the walls are all damaged and very dirty , the so-called dressing room is nothing but a small closet with 3 poor hangers all rotten , the ceiling is very dirty too
For the housekeeping there is the cherry on the spoiler , the towels have been changed on the other hand the lita has been done more than has has hastily if not at all (I have never seen this in my life )
The only positive bridge is the metro in front of the hotel.
Advice , do not set foot in this hotel , take your legs to your shot and run away, it is really shameful to see this nowadays for 90 € per night via booking you find much better , unfortunately it is my fault usually I always read reviews and this time for lack of time I did not and it costs me dear since I had to take over a hotel for the last 3 nights

Freezing Hell – The Worst Hotel You Could Ever Stay In!

This place isn’t a hotel—it’s a frozen nightmare! We checked in on January 17th, only to find the radiator in our room completely broken. With temperatures outside at -2°C, it felt like we were abandoned in a freezer instead of being in a place meant for rest and comfort.
We were forced to sleep wearing 5 sweaters, 3 pairs of socks, hats, and scarves, huddling together like we were stranded in the wilderness. When we tried to resolve this with reception the next morning, the receptionist, who couldn’t speak a single word of English, used Google Translate to tell us the radiator would be fixed and we’d get an extra duvet.
Guess what? Nothing happened. The room got even colder, the radiator remained dead, and no duvet ever arrived. It was like they simply didn’t care if their guests froze to death.
When you pay for a hotel, the absolute bare minimum is a warm, safe space to sleep. This place failed so miserably it was almost criminal. Do not stay here unless you want to risk hypothermia! This hotel should be avoided at all costs.

For a few nights with little budget and small demands.

Not recommended. Room and bathroom were small and the bathroom was dirty, old and partly broken (shower door, towel rail). Breakfast was ok, but always the same 5 things.
Fortunately, we had not had such a bad experience with the staff as partially described here.
