The location was great a short walk to the Arc de Triumph, walk the opposite direction and you are at the seine. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
We were on the top floor, but it was probably an attic at one time, walls slant inward so felt a little tight. No plugs near the bed, so CPAP could not be used in this room.

Awful hotel
Booked a little birthday trip for my boyfriend and arrived at the hotel to a room the size of a cupboard. Had no privacy to use the toilet to myself and my partner who is tall and could barely move in the room. WiFi didn't work. Bathroom was old and mouldy. Didn't restock toilet paper it was extremely bad. I spoke to the manager who said this is Paris. What she failed to realise is I've been to Paris 9 times. This room is not do a couple and is at least 4/10.

I always take a little time to respond to certain reviews so that I can take a step back and consider the situation properly.
First of all, we are truly sorry that you did not have the stay you had hoped for. It seems that the size of the room was a cause for concern. You booked a Comfort room (12m2) and we offered you a free upgrade in a Superior room (14m2) ! The size of Your room is systematically mentioned on websites to avoid any “bad surprises”! However they are in the Parisian standards. Every Parisian will tell you that the main problem in Paris is the lack of place, unfortunately!
You booked your stay on Booking.com, specifying that it was for a birthday, to which we replied that we would do our utmost to offer you an upgrade… Two days before your arrival, you asked us to credit the card that had been charged (a virtual card paid for directly to Booking) at the time of booking so that you could pay on site with another card. We were not allowed to do this as you had paid via Booking.com… On your arrival, we were able to offer you an early check-in as well as an upgrade to a superior room. A few minutes after arriving, you came down saying the room was too small – We explained you that we were fully booked and you were upgraded - and from then on, every time there was a change of staff at reception, you asked for a refund for one night… And to top it all off, you left a note on the desk in your room with “AWFUL HOTEL” written in very large letters! What more can I say?
I sincerely hope you find a 3-star hotel in the heart of Paris that meets your expectations.

A fantastic place with friendly staff and good proximity to the Eiffel Tower. AC during the heatwave was a godsend. Would 1000% come back again!

Best Location !
This hotel was extremely well situated. You are about a 5-8 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe, Tour Eiffel and Champs Elysees. You also have two different metro lines as well as bus stops 5 minutes away. Around the corner from the hotel there is a fantastic boulangerie- Jolie Miche as well as a supermarket. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are very clean and airy and have air conditioning which we needed during the heat wave. Breakfast options were a little limited but the perfect way to start off a full day of exploring. With the honesty bar in the lobby you are able to enjoy coffee and tea throughout the day at no extra charge. Armond (the receptionist) was extremely helpful, courteous and kind throughout our stay and we will be back to visit him! He made sure to accommodate our group with adjacent rooms. His professionalism and always positive attitude made our stay even more pleasant. Merci bien, Armond!

Fantastic for the money
The location was fantastic. You can walk to most all area attractions . Yet off the very busy roads. Rooms are on the small side but, they all are in Paris. AC worked great and plenty of hot water. The beakfast was included with our stay and was better than I thought it might be. With a very nice sitting area. The best though was the front desk. Amyd ( spelling ) made our stay. He was so very kind to us with so much help with our 1st visit to Paris. When we go back we will stay with them again. Amed is a large part of that. Thank you Sir.
