This hotel was a wonderful surprise! i wasn't expecting much since it was not an expensive property, but it was extremely attractive and full service. I'm not a breakfast person, but they have complimentary croissants and coffee in the lobby (as well as instant coffee in the room). The staff was friendly and helpful. I've already recommended Le Grey to friends and family.

Family holiday to Paris and booked Le Grey after reading reviews. The family room 33/34 had two rooms each with twin beds which could be converted to one, meaning parents and children have their own space. Really well located for walking around Paris, under 5 minutes from Place de Clichy metro station.
Staff were excellent and simply providing free coffee (Nespresso) and water made a difference. Nice lounge area to sit in also. Breakfast was a good quality and included pastries, fruit, bread and cheese as well as fresh juice.
We would certainly book and stay here again when returning to Paris.

We are al little worried that there might be Bedbugs, our son got a lot of small red marks on his body.

Poor experience with no air conditioning

Second stay but will be the last. Given a room with no air conditioning which the hotel knew about on the hottest day, emailed me options but when on holiday who reads emails, should have phoned me. Had an awful nights sleep and when tried to complain the receptionist was rude and said my fault for tolerating it. However, we have been travelling all day with children that were tired. Even the follow up emails to the hotel have been really unprofessional and they feel they did enough

"Unfortunately, the breakfast was bad because we had to tell them that most things had run out! No control at all 😑"
