Lovely hotel however small money scam
The hotel and staff were lovely, and the location was great! However, be careful when ordering room service because, at the end of your stay, the hotel will charge you the same as the restaurants. I understand if the hotel charges a small amount for bringing the food to the room; however, charging the same amount as the restaurants is just unreasonable and ridiculous. They did warn us there would be a fee for room service at the start of our stay; however, they did not mention it would be the same as the restaurant and delivery fees.

10 day stay
The staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful the room was spacious and clean bed was comfortable the door locked securely the shower worked there was a coffee pod machine and a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee.I loved that they used rituals bath products and my room was cleaned whenever I required. All in all a very pleasant stay

Rude staff manner
Manner of staff is so poor and rude.
When I checked out, she told about city tax. I already know city tax. I definitely told 3 adult and 1 children but she said anout 100 euro. Why? She told me very strange calculations. One person 8.** euro and 3 adult and 3night, but you reserved 2 connecting room, so 100,** euro. Several times I explain we are 3 adult and 1 children so 72.** euro. Finally I was so upset and why you do that and calculated with my phone. She said o.k. and she misadded children to adult. I was so supriesd I told twice and 3times more. She didn't say sorry. So before I paid money, you have to sorry first. How it is so rude to customer. I was so happy trip on paris but she disappointed every paris good mood and your hotel. I will never visit your hotel and never recommend my friend

Really good stay. The location is spot on. Quiet street, but you can walk to the Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler in a few minutes, and there’s a metro close by if you’re going further.
Room was clean and comfy, and nice and quiet to come back to after being out all day. Staff were friendly and sorted us out whenever we asked, even held our bags on checkout day which made the last afternoon a lot easier. Wifi was fine.
No breakfast included but it didn’t bother us, loads of bakeries and cafes right on the doorstep. Would happily stay here again.
Room was clean and comfy, and nice and quiet to come back to after being out all day. Staff were friendly and sorted us out whenever we asked, even held our bags on checkout day which made the last afternoon a lot easier. Wifi was fine.
No breakfast included but it didn’t bother us, loads of bakeries and cafes right on the doorstep. Would happily stay here again.

My experience
No personal touch. No assistance available. Room was partially cleaned only two days in a row. When asked front desk for assistance, I was told I have to wait for the next day!
