Thank you for your warm welcome

We stayed 17 days in this hotel and honestly, we did not want to leave.
Karim Nouffel and the entire team were absolutely extraordinary. We felt at home from the very first day. Always attentive, always listening, they anticipated our needs even before we expressed them. And when we had logistical issues, they were there to find a solution every time.
The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable and in Paris, that is far from guaranteed.
We will return, that is certain. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the entire team for these moments that will remain in our memories.

Good place for a few nights

A little worried at the booking considering the mixed reviews.
Nice surprise on arrival. The room without being spacious is enough for 3 people. Large bathroom with bathtub. All very clean.
Nice and helpful staff.
Breakfast, okay.
Direct proximity to the M6, the M1 and 3 stops from the Gare de Lyon.
Anyway. We'll talk about it.

Sleep quietly in Paris!

Small nice and quiet hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, small but comfortable room... breakfast OK...we will go back...Well served by the means of travel in Paris...

worst hotel experience ever

worst hotel experience ever. had to pay an extra €170 on another hotel for a night on arrival as our flight was delayed and they would not let us check into the hotel until the morning despite arriving just 20 minutes after check in closed and being told this was fine over the phone!! no elevator or air conditioning so having to drag a suitcase up 3 flights in 30 degree heat. on the third night of our stay we had great amounts of water pouring through the light fixtures in our bathroom all we could be offered for this was extra towels to put down. upon checking out they tried to charge us again for city tax despite having paid it when we arrived but they had misplaced there own copy of the receipt. all round worst experience at any hotel i’ve ever had with over €200 additional euros wasted due to terrible facilities and staff incompetence would absolutely avoid at all costs.

Especially do not go!!!

How can it have 3 stars?
Hotel 4 floors without elevator, without air conditioning, the rooms are rooms, an old bright fan.
Tiny bathroom.
I dare not even go to breakfast.
I'm just looking forward to leaving tomorrow and never coming back.
