The biggest plus is definitely the staff—incredibly polite, kind, and attentive, making you feel right at home. Everything else was great as well, with good value for money and a cozy atmosphere.
The only thing is that room cleanliness could use a bit of work. If they improve on that, the hotel will be fantastic. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay—thank you!

The room was “clean”. Some mold on the walls. But was only 1 night.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was very helpful.

Unique experience - to be avoided!
Did you book a room on the 4th floor? Good luck, there is no elevator.
The lack of maintenance is already visible in the staircase - with a carpet that hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in a very long time - it is evident everywhere: damaged furniture, dirty curtains, peeling paint, mold on the walls...
The breakfast is minimal with a little surprise: the orange juice was sparkling...

I've just returned from 2 nights at this hotel and wanted to write this review so that nobody else stays here as we had a very poor experience.
The hotel website states there is tea/coffee maker in the room but there isn't. The listing also states there is a pool and sauna and fitness room but there isnt. How are they allowed to misrepresent the hotel like that?
More seriously, there was visible mould on the wall in the room. This is not just a minor issue but a hygiene concern.
I raised these issues during my stay and was not offered a different room or any resolution. I spoke directly with the manager before leaving and showed him the mould. He didnt care at all , he said that I “should have chosen a better hotel." How unprofessional.
This hotel is not as described and the handling of the issues was extremely poor.
The breakfast is very very limited. There were about 6 croissants, 6 pieces of bread, a few chunks of cheese and nutella and some cereal.
I have never had such a bad experience.
I would strongly advise others to choose a different hotel.
