All of my items got infested with bedbugs to the point where I couldn't even stay the night. I left at 3 am and have tried to contact 3 times for a refund. I've heard nothing in return. Don't stay here.

Disaster

Low floor hotel to take only to avoid the street. Doubtful receptionist who tried to charge us twice the room rate.
A man probably homeless told us totally drunk that there were rats and prostitutes but considering the alcohol level I wasn't sure I understood... at least until the next day. A woman goes down almost naked and goes to the receptionist who slept on the floor, I hand him the keys so that he gets the keychain and he says go!!! With a very unpleasant tone because obviously they want to hide it! In short avoid going white traces suspect on the sheets and there are passes every night to flee!!!

Catastrophic

Having had a delay on our flight, we took this hotel in a hurry, because it was cheap.
Neighborhood not welcoming in the evenings. Being 2 girls, we had to travel by Uber in the evening. Weird people camping outside the hotel.
The corridors and the room stank of stale tobacco.
The bedroom window was wide open with the chair against it (weird?).
The bedding is stained, the floors and toilets are not clean.
We went out in the evening. We asked the receptionist (who is the owner of the building) how it was to get in if we came back late, they told us that he would be there and that he would open the door for us.
1 a.m., we returned and we noticed that the door leading to the rooms was closed and that there was no one left at reception, except the receptionist who was sleeping on the floor (I thought that 'he had died...).
With 2 other girls who had the same problem as us, we had to wake him up so he could open the door for us.
Worst experience of my life in a hotel in Paris.

It was a place to lay my head. No towels in the bathroom, the covers on the power outlets were broken, wiring visible (but functional), the lights over the bed were removed, the hotel smelled of cigarettes, and no elevator to the 4eme floor.
During checkin at 23h, the manager came upstairs with me to let me in the room, potentially a dangerous feeling for female travelers.
I was able to sleep, so it’s better than walking the streets, but I won’t be returning.
