Parisian Stay

Well-located hotel near the "Termes" metro and taxi stations. Room and shower room that are adequate. Well-stocked breakfast, with minor drawbacks: no individual jars of jam and no freshly squeezed orange juice. Very quiet environment. Despite the proximity to Charles de Gaulle Square and its noisy thoroughfares.
If you are traveling solo and want a small balcony, you should take room 25. Because the other rooms do not have many balconies.

Nice and comfortable, very clean and tasty breakfast.
Great location, easy and safe to walk around. A big supermarket, pharmacy and a lot restaurants,stores and coffee places close by.

Hot

The rooms is nice and clean. The breakfast is exceptional. The location is great but the staff is not friendly. The air conditioning is pathetic. Imagine living in a room with almost non existent air conditioning when the outside temp is 35 Celsius. The staff told us that ac temp and fan speed are the same thing. The worst thing about it is they did absolutely nothing to improve our conditions. Absolutely horrible experience in such heat.

Very poor customer service at reception, hostile and not friendly at all.

The location is excellent, very close to the Arc de Triomphe. The decor is very nice. The rooms are nice. They need a little more maintenance. The reception was acceptable, all things considered, but very little warmth in the service.
The food is good.
On the day of departure, we asked them to call us at 5 am and they wrote it down in a rude manner.
Later my sister also asked for a wake-up call and the night receptionist was very rude. He replied asking if we didn't have an alarm clock on our cell phone.
and very hostile on their part, mistreatment, even xenophobic.
We paid to have a nice stay and not to be treated badly. Watch out for that, that's why I would never return, besides the cleanliness of the beds was terrible, they didn't vacuum the carpets in the 4 days we were there, we rented 3 rooms, that is not the way. Totally disappointed. Not recommended because of the customer service

Comfort and welcome are top-notch.

The hotel, which is very well located, offers comfortable and very clean rooms. The welcome is warm. One feels good in this establishment that I occupied during a two-night stay.
