Art Hotel Eiffel is located in the 15th district in Paris, just 1 km from the Eiffel Tower and 600 metres from La Motte-Picquet Metro Station. The contemporary rooms have a flat-screen TV and free wireless internet.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for us, especially traveling with kids. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and felt very comfortable during our visit. Highly recommended for families!

Nice clean hotel, efficient staff, but noisy
The hotel and rooms were very clean. The check-in and check-out were efficient. The room is a reasonable size, not too small, and a nice-sized bathroom too.
The location is good in some ways, but it may not be suitable for all.
First, the good stuff. The area around the hotel is very lively with a large Monoprix just a few meters away, the La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle metro station, which connects to lines 6, 8 & 10 is just across the road, and there are many excellent restaurants and boulangeries close by.
The view of the Eiffel Tower from the room is another major highlight of this hotel.
On the other hand, the location being lively also translates to street noise of vehicles or the metro passing by, or people speaking loudly on the street carrying into the rooms.
Other than the noise, I will be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Paris.

*Title: Disappointing stay: Far below 3-star standards*
*Overall Impression*
It is honestly hard to believe that the Art Hotel Eiffel holds a 3-star rating. Based on our experience, the lack of professionalism and the poor state of the facilities make it feel significantly lower than its official category.
*Service and First Impressions*
Our arrival set the tone for the rest of the stay. The lobby appeared dated and not particularly clean. We were greeted by a disheveled receptionist with his wrinkled shirt half-untucked, who barely managed a "Good afternoon" and a curt "Passports."
When we politely requested a second keycard, he didn't say a word; instead, he programmed it with a visible gesture of annoyance. There was no welcome, no explanation of the hotel’s amenities, no directions to the room, and zero information regarding breakfast.
We went to the desk to ask a question, and it was empty. After 15 minutes, the same receptionist arrived in a rush, holding a sandwich in one hand and a phone in the other, having a loud and heated argument with someone. He made us—and a family waiting to check in—wait until he finished his call before treating everyone with the same indifference we experienced on day one.

The room was in a state of neglect. The flooring was peeling throughout, as well as the bathub. Air conditioning was another ordeal.

Great location, mediocre the rest
This property is located in a strategic position from which you can walk to some of the attractions of the center (Eiffel tour, Trocadero etc.) and access the metro station of La Motte-Picquet Grenelle!
For the rest, the value for money is disadvantageous, rooms of 14 square meters with views of an internal balcony, no services and cramped interior spaces.

The room looked like a room for a late check out guest room. Used furniture and appliences. The door was forced and the lock loose, it did not give me much confidence to stay in to be honest, but location is perfect. I have stay in other hotels in Paris for the same price but much better. The noice from the street, metro and people validating their metro passes are annoying and constant. Not relaxing at all.
