Great experience in a Noirlac loft

We were in a Noirlac apartment hotel with our 3 children.
Great experience: the room was spacious, very well equipped (2 televisions, a SPA), new and clean. The staff was very kind. A small downside for the restaurant, which was not really to our taste.
I highly recommend it for a stopover during a long trip, for example.

PERFECT!!!!

Several stays in this establishment which is ideally located halfway between our home and Narbonne. Everything is spotless from the free parking, to the rooms (with a view of the lake for some) well equipped (including air conditioning) to the very friendly welcome from the team. In short: thank you and see you soon! PS: the restaurant is also highly recommended with its terrace by the pool ...

We were 2 people... already came a few years ago when it was perfect..
This time:
A small room, a very small bathroom... the floor and the room are a bit worn for the price (109€)
Dinner and breakfast, nothing to say, it was perfect.
The welcome, the staff was up to par..

There are small ground floor rooms . No elevator. Ok for 1 night with breakfast

POSITIVE : Well situated 5 minute drive from Saint Amand Noirmand ,in a commercial area close to Intermarché, gasoline pumps and Carrefour. Nice restaurant. Attentive staff . Vast Parking lot in front of the hotel. Large variety of food at breakfast . Many locals come to eat at the restaurant . You can see the lake from the restaurant area and walk along the banks .
NÉGATIVE : We spent 4 nights in a tiny ground floor room . There is no elevator . Broken hangers . Lots of dirt everywhere in the room . The small swimming pool is not clean.
CONCLUSION :
Perfect for a 1 night stay with breakfast . Not longer due to small room and very poor hygiène in the room. They need to hire additional cleaning staff .

nice room that does not deserve the price no pencil to write a review
certainly good management
on the other hand the restaurant a cloud of flavors bravo to the cook
impeccable service, pleasant welcome and availability of staff
