A gem in Nice. Best place to rent.
This was our second time at Villa le Nid. Excellent location, excellent quality and excellent host. Thank you Jean-Luc! See you next year!

Beautiful, clean, cool and well appointed property
What are welcome me and my husband had at this wonderful duplex flat for two people. It was exceptionally clean, well supplied and beautifully decorated. It had everything we asked for including sound proofing from the street and air-conditioning (worked well). Jean Luc and his lovely wife gave us a wonderful welcome and were so informative about how the local area. Such as where we could buy food from the supermarket and daily street market. He supplied us with so much information about day trips etc. He took time out of his busy day to spend time with us getting to us and ensuring that anything we needed. He was at the end of a WhatsApp message if we had any questions he would answer them quickly. He even wanted to know when we landed so he could meet us when we arrived at the villa. If we ever have a free long weekend away we would definitely be booking with Jean-Luc without hesitation. Well done!

The perfect holiday accommodation in Nice!
We stayed at duplex Le Saphir with all the necessary amenities and ideally located to visit the beautiful city of Nice and the region. It was the period of the heatwave but the air conditioning worked excellently and the underground bedroom was always wonderfully cool (without air conditioning).
Jean-Luc is a charming and enthusiastic host who gives you all the necessary explanations about the apartment and tells you with passion what the city and the region have to offer.
He is always available, helps you if necessary and together with his lovely wife Blandine does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Thanks to this personal approach, you feel right at home.

Beautiful and spacious in a great location with an even better host!
What an amazing place to stay with an incredible host. Jean-Luc went above and beyond as a host. He showed us everything upon arrival, gave us a tour, and even gave us recommendations of things to do. We received an email before arrival with more recommendations.
The bed was comfortable, the apartment was spacious, the shower was wonderful with great water pressure and it got HOT! The tram is just a few minutes walk and the train wasn't far either. We walked to both multiple times during our stay.
Jean-Luc was responsive and helped us secure a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight, brought us an iron/ironing board upon request, and allowed us to do a load of laundry.
The garden out front is safe and beautiful. I read my book and took a nap one day! Cannot recommend this place more.
