Excellent budget hotel, excellent location

Amazing location, amazing price for what you get. The room was clean and comfortably-sized. The staff was friendly and helpful once you find them. Excellent for budget travellers as you have use of a full kitchen.
Only room for improvement is that the coffee machine has some small fruit flies congregating around it and no traps of any sort that I could see and I would have liked to have access to an ice machine.
Otherwise, I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice and if I was to return I would book here again.

Excellent location.

The place is pleasant, the location is excellent.
The area is bustling with restaurants, delicious food, and affordable prices.
Just a few blocks from the beach.
A 12-minute walk to the train station, where you can go to Cannes and Monaco in a few minutes, among others.
I would definitely return!

Do not book at the Share Inn.

Zero cleanliness, only available upon request for a fee, which should be indicated at the time of booking, decaying structure, peeling walls, televisions only working on French channels, air conditioning with a faulty regulator.

I highly recommend staying here.

Although this place is not fancy, I was very happy I stayed here for 6 nights. The location is fabulous, on a walking street lined with restaurants. My room was very clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Having the refrigerated area in the kitchen was a plus because I stored my wine there, and some wonderful cheese from the nearby wine store.

Single room but with what it takes and especially very clean
Excellent location
Management and staff very attentive and responsive at any time
Kitchen very clean and very well maintained.
Very good price considering the location
