Excellent location
Located in the heart of Nice, this hotel is a great choice for your stay.
The hotel is beautiful, with a California-style decor.
The rooms are comfortable, with all the amenities. The toilet is functional, equipped with bath products and hair dryer.
On the ground floor there is a restaurant where meals are served and a small esplanade outside.
Breakfast is served daily as a buffet. It may or may not be included in the price of accommodation.
There's no pool.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Priced for the excellent location.

Very bad experience.
Never again! I used Vio to book a night in a hotel; however, the hotel recorded it, and I was charged for 2 nights, and they do not want to refund me! It is not my fault if there is a problem with the transmission of information between VIO and the hotel! This is theft! It is unacceptable to pay €685 for one night in a modest, out-of-the-way hotel, and without breakfast!

Feeling welcome
I have been in Nice Pam Hotel just for one night, unfortunately.
It's the perfect spot for visiting and enjoying the city, also with a garage to leave the car booking in advance the parking slot.
You are at walking distance from the port and and the promenade just few minutes more.
Around you can find nice restaurants of any kind of cousine and cocktails bar as well.
The room was ok and quite.
A special mention though, must be for Cintia and Nico at the front desk. They welcomed me and let me feel at ease from the first moment.
I have asked for recommendations for where to go eat and drink, and Nico was very well informed and the suggestion was spot on!
When you are effortlessly professional like these two, you are already getting the best from your vacation.

Good for a short stay but could be better
An okay hotel located in a good location. The location of the hotel is brilliant, approx. 10 mins from a major tram stop, Republique, and near the Nice Ville train station. Perfect for days out to Nice Town and to other South of France town such as Menton and Monaco.
The hotel itself is good, like other reviews said it does need a refresh, it’s not outdated in furniture but the paint and walls is showing wear and tear. The beds are comfy and the air con is pretty cold and always set on 18c as default. The water temp of the place is temperamental as well, it takes a while to heat up in the sink but the shower is fine. Tv in room is pretty slow with YouTube and netflix, this could be due to a slow connection on the tv. The phone connection to the WiFi was fine. Breakfast was very limited everyday and barely any variation.
Handy water fountain by the lifts. Our room 423 had a slanted window which meant we could hear the rain patting down on it loudly during the nights. The location area has some good spots for a bite to eat and cheaper than nice town.
