Excellent experience

Clean and air-conditioned accommodation, ideally located close to the Saint-Roch stop. Possibility to rent a parking space, which is very convenient. Young, friendly and welcoming team. Very interesting prices for the city of Nice. Very good experience, I recommend!

Budget accommodation in Nice

Nothing special, rather small, but was ok for the price. Fold-out sofa serves as a bed, was very creaky and uncomfortable.
The place was clean, staff was very helpful and pleasant. You also have access to a washer and dryer at no charge.
Far from the beach, but with tram near by. Also many useful stores in the area.

Clean, modern and convenient

I stayed in Le Campus on August 2017 with my husband for a week. The weather was extremely hot in Nice at that time and the room has no air conditioning. So be aware of that. The staff provided a fan which was a life saver. The sofa bed was not comfortable but the room was overall clean. Its location was very close to the tram station and there were many grocery stores nearby. The parking was also very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful and smiley. Overall satisfied.

Nice in Nice

The apartment is very modern and clean, it looks as though it has only just been built. It is situated in the north of nice as is just a short 5 min tram ride to the centre and beach. The apartment has all the mod cons you would want such as hair dryer, good wifi and kitchen appliances, except for an oven! The staff we met whilst there spoke perfect English and were extremely friendly and helpful. Getting into the apartment is operated by accessing codes to gain your key the first time which was all clearly explained in a email I got prior to my stay. Heading into Nice's centre is beautiful with an abundance of restaurants and bars, I would highly recommend sea food whilst in Nice.

Nice place to stay in Nice

Great studio, well equipped kitchen. The staff is very friendly. The location is a bit far from the center, but could be easy reached by tram. Also it has a free laundry! Unfortunately I can't say I had great sleep there, matress is a bit uncomfortable so I got back pain.
