Nice location to discover the cote d’Opale
Large hotel with many facilities 2 km from the beach.Rooms are large and have a desk, seating area with table and chairs. Toilet is separate. Bathroom is large and clean only you have to shower in the bath. There is a small spray from the shower head so that is minder.Breakfast is fine with lots of fresh fruit and choice of various sandwiches. Very friendly staff

Hotel is in a good location, the area is quiet and surrounded by woodland.
Good clean swimming pool.
We didn’t meet many staff, those we did were helpful. The barman would sell more drinks if he was cheerful rather than just doing his job.
We had a large room with a balcony, (there was a teacup left on it).
Separate toilet and shower room which is a little unusual nowadays.
Not the best shower, but ok, a little bit of black mould on the sealant.
Plenty of free parking.
We would stay there again.

Great hotel for short stays
The hotel is located in a beautiful park garden. Our room was very spacious and tidy, large bed and practical bathroom. Breakfast was generous and varied. Lovely swimming pool.
The carpeting gives an old-fashioned look to the rooms and public areas. Large shaded parking lot.
The charming town is within walking distance but there is also plenty of parking space.

Superb 3 stars
Very beautiful hotel in the greenery, very quiet, spacious room, bathroom too, the whole environment is impeccable. Special mention for the restaurant where the staff is very professional, very attentive, we will most certainly return.

Shameful
A disgrace!
I had booked several months in advance, expressly requesting two connecting rooms, because I am traveling with three minor children. I had even taken the trouble to call the hotel before our arrival to ensure that this request had indeed been recorded. I was confirmed that it had.
Upon our arrival, in the middle of the night after a wedding, we discovered two separate rooms. It is totally unacceptable. I am obviously not going to let minor children sleep alone in a room.
I go to look for the receptionist, whom I find outside the hotel, on the phone. I wait for him to finish his conversation calmly to finally hear: "I can't do anything." When I ask to speak to a manager, I am told that he is away for the weekend and that he must not be disturbed!
So, when it comes to collecting a reservation, there are plenty of people. On the other hand, when a family finds itself in an unacceptable situation in the middle of the night, no one takes responsibility anymore.
No solution, no apology, no professionalism. An essential request, confirmed several times, was not respected. Customer service is simply nonexistent.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment to families. A scandalous experience that certainly does not deserve the price paid
