Absolutely perfect! Location SUPER for les grand buffets and 15 minutes walk from Halle Narbonne

Amazing! After a little hick up with the checking in we got an amazing appartment for the night. We came for the les grande buffets and it’s just perfect for this. I really would have stayed longer if I could just to enjoy this perfect apartment. It’s so nice that to could move in tomorrow permanently and not change a thing. The location is amazing. 15 minutes walk from the Halle Narbonne ( food market with restaurants, bars and fresh food stalls) and maybe 5 minutes walk from les grande buffets. ( Mac Donald’s next door also available). The place was spacious, comfortable, with the best decorations ever. If you come to visit Narbonne for its amazing Cathedral, restaurants, people or the buffet then this is perfect. Honestly the place is perfect even if you never leave it.

Lots of pre-information but no real answers

Sorry to say but we were a bit disappointed with how the hosts are reacting on our questions. We received many standard mail messages about payment, etc. even days before the day that we would arrive. Pictures which we thought gave directions to where the entrance to the apartment would be, but that appeared to be directions to a parking space. However we had indicated we would come by bicycle and they had confirmed that parking them inside would be possible.
Instructions on how to enter the building were unclear. When we called they told us they would send us an instruction video but were not eager to come and help.
This is an agency that apparently has several apartments and they use the Corona situation as excuse to send you lots of instructions on wireless, locks, payment, etc. and somewhere in a message less than 24 hours beforehand a line with an offer to meet you at the premises if needed. Plus the information that there is a charge of 15 Euro for cleaning which was never mentioned before.
So the outsides status of the building as well as accusing us of having mentioned our unusual transport mode, made us cancel the booking at the spot and look for an alternative in Narbonne
