Excellent parking
Very clean room
Experienced some difficulties with the cooking rings
We didn’t receive the dish washing pack, partly our fault as did not read the notes in the room until our last day
Poor choice at breakfast limited gluten free items and appeared not that fresh
Breakfast was expensive for choice available and we cancelled our last breakfast there
Overall a nice property but let down by quality of breakfast

Not a good choice

Not good....I now understand why I received such a high discount on Bookings.com. The room does not smell fresh, the toilet is not clean (brake tracks), hardly water pressure, bed layout differs from booking, the pool turns out to be a different building and is only accessible at extra cost and the staff is not very friendly. We're passing through here (and to make Nancy more weighty). I would choose something else (my tip), only advantage is the bus stop in front of the hotel. That makes the view of the landfill from our room somewhat good

Room was fine. Nice lady at reception. It was a double room, but only had one towel.
Difficult transition to spa area.
Breakfast was a disaster. No silverware, no napkins. Eggs cold. Sadly a biker group from uk had taken all the food.

Absolutely the worst of service. Charged full price, even though the room was prebooked and prepaid. Breakfast was of the lowest class. No bar, no restaurant and absolutely not any good service. Basicly arrogant and not a smile to see anywhere.
Management can not understand managing the premises! Never again. Stay clear!

Great location and fantastic thermal spa.
A bit simple breakfast and cold design in the reception area, but the overall experience great. Would come again, both with or without kids.
