To recommend except the restaurant because we had warmed up the first evening and the next evening no different menu.

All that left Hotel, it was perfect
Very welcoming staff, service and advice proved very judicious.
The room was very clean.
The bedding is first class and the room with a nice space.
Just a Hic that was great, the restaurant not at all up to the Hotel

Incredibly bad

We would receive very friendly, the room was very nice, the bathroom perfect.
We 4 people had booked an arrangement with 2 times gourmet menu with 4 courses and an Alsatian specialty evening.
What we would be served there in the evening in the breakfast room was a cheekiness.First an ice-cold so salted gazpacho that was not edible.Then a turkey roll with paste puree and ready-made sauce,warmed in the microwave.For dessert a round piece of almost frozen chocolate with nuts on top.That’s it!
We knew the restaurant had closed that day and hoped for the next day.
The food in the restaurant was insignificantly better...than 4. Aisle there was cheese from breakfast....the main course again from the microwave.
On 3. Evening we ate out.
We tried several times to speak to the boss....he was never available...even on departure.
The breakfast was very good, only unfortunately the tables were not cleared.
The room was cleaned , but not the beds made, nor were used glasses put away or replaced.
The staff was always very friendly!

Perfect service

What a perfect place for a night stage! Just 30 minutes from Strasbourg, the hotel has newly renovated comfortable and quiet rooms. Quality bedding. Adorable welcome and service with little care. Qualitative breakfast perfect to start the day!

an inking point in good season in ALSACE

in group with LEO-EVASION BARCHON/BELGIUM coaches , as part of a 2-night/3-day tour with the highlight on the 45th anniversary of the ROYAL PALACE MEYER A KIRRWILLER ALSACE , our stay was in this 3-star hotel with valid rooms , well-stocked breakfast and evening meal (3 courses ) valid. there is also an outdoor pool and in principle a spa .
