Charm and tranquility

Great location in the heart of this pretty city of Mirepoix. Friendly Welcoming, clean and comfortable room, rich buffet breakfast. Very good dinner in the evening in the beautiful courtyard planted with trees bis centuries old. Thank you for recommending without hesitation

all the female staff were pleasant especially at breakfast unlike the male staff who did not give the impression of not being available if you do not want customers say the
neither yes nor no you do not speak...

Smartbox scam!

We wanted to book on smartbox but no date available. I'm calling Smartbox.
Their response: “call the hotel, they must have forgotten to update their date picker.”
Irritated response from the hotelier: “we no longer take Smartbox boxes!”
Yet the hotel is well featured on many e-boxes.
What’s this mess?
Smartbox grows rich by selling unusable boxes!

Not too bad

Cozy but somewhat dated hotel in a small French town. Ideally located a few steps from the picturesque medieval market square. Rooms with very thick walls and air conditioning. Good bed and plenty of storage space. Just park in the street between the plane trees. At market day, that can cause problems. Breakfast basic but with freshly squeezed orange juice. In the restaurant only tapas available possibly in shaded courtyard.

Good hotel, but...

Well located in the bastide, close to the central square, and with parking spaces nearby, this hotel has many good points.
Good bedding, a new color television and a clean bathroom well stocked with linen and toiletries. The whole thing is very clean and very quiet.
However, the whole would require a refresh (carpet, small defects here and there...) and in particular the courtyard, in a surprisingly neglected state.
Perfect for a short stay.
