Perfect getaway within the vinyards of Burgandy

What a gem the perfect place for a short stay
Nadia was so welcoming and assisted us with many questions
We stayed 3 nights enjoyed 1 evening meal onsite , walked to the town , enjoyed the pool , went for a drive in the vineyards , tasted some wines overall a fantastic stay , especially for coupled

Perfect place and location for a Burgundy stay

What a great place to stay to visit the Burgundy region. The hosts are amazing and you are offered a tasting of several great wines prepared by the host upon arrival. We were fortunate enough to have an evening meal at the property as well, that we really enjoyed. The air conditioned rooms and pool were great considering the heat wave France is experiencing this year. Breakfasts are everything you could ask for. The property is ideally located for anyone looking to explore the Burgundy region. We visited several small medieval villages, wineries and Beaune all within a few minutes drive. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling through or to Burgundy.

Best @ chambres d'hôtes with unique Host's

several years ago, the hosts discovered this gem and transformed it through a remarkable restoration. Intimate and full of character, it boasts an outstanding location in the heart of the village and the wider region. A true haven for connoisseurs who appreciate beautiful architecture, excellent wines, genuine hospitality, and impeccable service.

Beautiful days in Bourgogne - the hottest recommendations

Great place, great hosts, great stay. Charles V is almost perfect. The hosts are the sweetest and kindest people who made the stay even better. The room was beautifully decorated with a sense of detail. The pool and the pool area are delicious and we enjoy spending all the days. Nice breakfast. We attended a joint meal for 2 days and it was a good experience. Nice food along with the hosts and the other guests. All guests are offered a free wine tasting, even if people only stay for a day. We can only recommend Charles V.
Everything was good, but the only little ‘criticism’ is that the artificial grass at the pool gets burning hot when the sun shines. The rooms are not soundproofed.

Unique stay in Meursault

Beautifully renovated mansion in Meursault hosted by the charming couple Nadia and Michel-Henri. Very nice rooms and extremely welcoming atmosphere. Le Charles V also offers wine degustation and boasts their own wine house maturing exquisite wines.
