Great hotel very well located

Very well located hotel, in a quiet area and a 10-minute walk from the center
The place is very pretty, composed of 5 large chalets
The pool is a little small for the size of the hotel
The garden with the lounge chairs is very pleasant
The breakfast is great
The bar is very nice with a large cocktail menu
The welcome and service are good but could be improved for a 4-star hotel (the Tuesday Pilates class was not mentioned to us upon arrival so I missed it, no more conditioner at the end of the stay, a gym would be a plus)

Magnificent hotel for a family stay

Strong points: the comfort, the cleanliness, the decoration, the location, the pool, the bar (excellent cocktail and friendly bartender), the possibility of having breakfast delivered to the room.
Some approximations in the quality of service are, however, out of step with the standing displayed by the hotel.

Perfect hotel for a family stay

An absolutely perfect hotel for a family vacation! Everything is designed so that both young and old have an unforgettable stay: the pool, the layout of the chalets, the Kids Club… but what really makes the difference is the exceptional quality of the team.
Our children participated in the Little Trappers camp and have wonderful memories of it. Every morning, Paola prepared a completely personalized picnic for them, with rare care and kindness. A real joy!
All the staff are remarkably kind, always smiling, available, and very attentive. The atmosphere is so warm that we met families there who have become friends, with whom we have already planned to meet up every year at the same time.
An address that we recommend with our eyes closed for a successful family vacation!

Superb discovery, perfect stay!

A very beautiful discovery and a magnificent stay in an intimate and more than pleasant setting. The welcome and the services were perfect. New annual meeting, ritual! Thanks to the whole team and see you very soon.
