A great stay

This was a really lovely stay - some of the reviews are quite surprising. The staff are all lovely, the breakfast is great to have included and the room I was in had a really lovely bed (private room and bathroom, great shower). It was very hot in Lyon and there is no AC but we knew that in advance and there was a great fan. The carpet in the room was admittedly quite stained but other than that my experience of staying seems much more positive than some of the other reviews. Paid £277 for 4 nights and thought it that was pretty reasonable for what you get

Perfect!

Filthy room with signs of BED BUGS presence!! Staff is nice though

Simply a "Nightmare Experience": my partner and I booked a room in this structure with a private bathroom which, from the pictures shown on Booking.com, seemed nice and cozy. But when we entered the room, it was extremely dirty everywhere: the floor, the bed sheets, even the walls and the roof!! There were stains and dust everywhere, the bed linen/sheets/pillows and materass were full of yellow stains and little brown circular stains (typical sign of BED BUGS presence!!). Also, the window dumpers were broken, old and super dirty as well. Everything is reported in the pictures I am attaching.
The only thing that I save is the availability and courtesy of the structure Staff, who showed professionalism and empathy and didn't hesitate in contacting the structure manager to let us have a full refund.
In short: if you're not a teenager/student trying to save as much money as possible DON'T GO THERE!!!

Outrageous.

Very bad experience.
Booking cancelled only 4 days from arrival on the pretext that I was traveling with children. No professionalism: no excuses, no phone call cut off, no serious alternative accommodation and obviously no compensation. I would definitely not recommend.
