Nightmare

What to say .. having been put in an emergency situation by the samu social which grants a night of comfort and rest with my child to this hotel if it can be called hotel , I spent the two worst nights of my life and my daughter also, non-existent manager and unpleasant to the highest extent , rotten mattress from a wooden board without bed base , existing bunk bed but without mattress ... a heating that I did not even dare to turn on so afraid of catching fire , a carpet wet so much moisture and presents , foreign workers in the hotel at 10 pm drinking pure vodka and noticed my 12 year old daughter very unhealthy climate .. ah yes!! Showers on the landing in front of the disastrous musty welcome , light and water going out every 15 seconds , towels that I had to pay 3 euros a unit that corresponded to a 70 x 50 cm , shameful , we also spent the night with friends cockroaches and bed bugs , I work in an establishment that and connect to a hygiene group and I will make this establishment close to the public by calling the hygiene services , to flee and banish

endroit déconseillé

Par où commencer…
D’abord, le manque d’informations et la publicité mensongère. L’annonce ne précisait pas que les toilettes et la salle de bain étaient communes. Sur les photos, on nous montre également un endroit propre et plutôt cozy, pour y retrouver en réalité un endroit insalubre et DEGUEULASSE.
Ensuite, place à la chambre : les murs sont jaunâtres et imbibés d’odeur de tabac froid ainsi que la drogue. On y retrouve des traces de cigarettes écrasées sur les bords des fenêtres, des radiateurs rouillés, ainsi que des prises électriques sales (pour rester dans le thème de la crasse). Les matelas ne sont pas structurés (à moitié vides) et très sales. La poussière s’entasse tellement dans la chambre que nous avons l’impression qu’elle est notre colocataire pour la nuit.
Il n’y a heureusement pas de traces visibles de moisissures. Néanmoins, nous n’avons pas osé retourner les matelas ou bouger les meubles par peur de découvrir des horreurs.
Pour finir, la salle de bain, qui (sans grand étonnement) n’est pas entretenue régulièrement, les douches et les toilettes sont très sales, et l’odeur va avec (je ne vous fais pas un dessin). Les miroirs sont également dans un état pitoyable.

avis réceptionniste

Je suis venu à cet hotel hier à 22h30 le receptionniste n a pas voulu me donner une chambre il etait je pense drogué et alcoolisé...
Il à prétexté que le pc était éteint et du coup je n ai pas eu de chambre.
N allez jamais dans cet hotel
