There is one thing to avoid and that is room 3 where we stayed. It is close to the elevator and this means the constant mechanical noise from the lift is a pain. Then there are the queues for the lift making even more noise. The room is at road level and there was occasional engine noise. All of which makes it difficult to sleep.
Although this may be a bit of moan it is worthy of mentioning. As for the other rooms I can’t say.
This hotel is ideally located for all the main locations and events.

Staff were excellent.
There was a lot of noise through the building from other guests.
Excellent spot to stay with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in all directions and a 10 minute walk to the Domain, could be a bit steep for less mobile people.
